Atlantic Queen August 17, 2011

Today was an incredible day on the water, Sei whales were here again in BIG numbers.
Some looks today were very "close to boat" Other blows were in every direction we looked. They kept us very busy constantly changing direction all around us. These whales can reach 45-55 feet in length and weigh in about 17 tons. We also has 2 small Mola mola's cruise by the boat today. In total today we had 27 sightings, a remarkable number and a remarkable day. Congratulations to Keegan who won a Ladder adoption, and happy belated birthday!
