Whales, whales,and more whales!!  
What a day of whale watching

"Tusk"

Tusk was one of the many whales on the ledge today.  Tusk is a male, whose mom is named Equus,born in 1979.

There were fin whales among a nice pod of dolphin spending some time together.

"Jabiru"
Jabiru was also in the area, first seen in 2002.  Today as a"Grand Slam" 3 species of baleen whales and a pod of about 25 white sided dolphin.

Thank you to Nancy Anderson, who is on the Blue Ocean Society board,who took charge of data collection,it as her first time and what a day to begin!  We had 30 dolphin, 7 Fin whales, 6 minke whales, and 5 humpbacks!

 Thank you to our repeat customers and our new friends who had an amazing day on the water.
